The best hotel at the airport. The country inn is nice.Stay away from the hilton. Also do not stay at the marriott in sharonville.

The hotel is older and need of a refresh. The sheets are worn, see through. The air fresher is very pronounced. The biggest issue is service. I am a Titanium Elite member who has allergies so it is in my profile to have a feather free room. I also put it in my requests. I called the day before to ensure I had a feather free room. When I came in the morning for a conference I once again checked with the front desk to have a feather free room due to allergies. When I went to check in I was told I had a feather free room. Never acknowledged of my Titanium Elite status at check in. Upon checking into the room everything was feathered. When I called the front desk the agent said it is feather free, after discussion and me convincing them it was feathered they said they would send someone up. I waited 2 hours and when no one came, as I was leaving I spoke to the same front desk agent and told them none came up and I needed to be changed to feather free due to allergies. When I came back to the room, there was a bag with 2 small pillows, sheet and a blanket at my front door. I called the front desk and they finally came up to fix the room.
