"The location is Ok. My first time here in Dago. It is located beside pesantren and mosque. You can hear the people recites alquran and also azan. I booked 2 rooms here next to each other facing the pool/garden. I believe that Dago Heuvel has been there since many many years. The properties is pretty from the outisde, but inside. It was a bit disappointed. Understand that the price we paid was low and it came with breakfast. But I di believe that the properties need to have good maintenance inside the room especially the toilet. The water pressure at the toilet and bidet, oh my god it was very low pressure. We experienced a hard time to flush the toilet, we thought that it was broken. We tried and tried, hustle to get all the poops goes in. Please fix the flush and do maintenance at both of the toilets. We dont care if there is a bit dirty on the duvet, comforter or shower and also crack at most of the walks. But no excuse on the toilet. You have such a beautiful view overlooking Intercontinental hotel and etc, please improve on the toilet ya. The breakfast is Ok. Bed is comfortable but pillow was very thin but no problem on that. Ok that’s all Thanks"

"I stayed in this ngelected hotel from 24-25 Dec 2023. I came at 12.00 for registration with my family waiting in the car. The receptionist willy did not give the room as it was not ready yet. Understood very well about this situation. The room was ready and the key was given above 2 pm because I was skipped by one guest. Never mind I was still okay. But guest what when we enter the room ???? If I can find the worst word than terrible, I will use it to decribe this room. Disguisting yellow and black spots every where on the duvet and pillow case ( you can see the pics that I attached ). Tte Air Con very noisy and not cold. My family could sleep on such a kihd if spots then I delivered complained to their whatsapp, telling alll the condition, and needed see Manager on Duty. We did not want to touch the bed. And I was waiting for the manager in the lobby for almost 1 hours eventhough I already spoken to Rian ( FB ) but the name tag ia housekeeping staff. I also talked to willy that I was waiting for the MOD. Then I got information that the MOD will come by 5 pm. Ha...ha...ha.....seriously guys....no wonder you had very good service....my Godness. Ok, then I gave up, I told them I was waiting in the room. But when I saw my exhausted face if my family, I could not hold anymore, then somebody from engineering came bringing a tube of freon to fix the AC. I could not let them fixing the AC with my family had to wait. Then Finally, managerial level met me in the lobby ( I respected her by not telling her name ). Normative, she apologzed , telling it was not supposed to be happned. And she changed the room which was not even better. Yes it was neat for the duvet, but oh my God...spots still there. Moldy bathub sealant, peel off wallpaper, broken phones that could not be used, poor wifi poir TV....oh very frustrating !! Okay, it was useless. We were all tired. This manager did not know how to handle complain, no service recovery....no follow through.. No empathy...not at all. They dont care about their guests. I hope the management of Marbella took serioisly every complaints stated on every platforms. My suggestion to all travelller DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. "

The service are good ,the staff are friendly and also best of all since i celebrating my bday the room i stay the arrange with nice decoration and wishing word"Happy Birthday" ,i feel really touching for the services.the food for breakfast can be more good with more variety specially can add salads and hot soup in future ya 😉. I booked 3 room since i came with my family,1 of the room are connecting and it is perfect specially for my parents as they are older so good we can look after too,the view are good as we choice rhe room type with balcony so we can enjoy the view. Only the amenity lil bit rundown specially go car area perhaps can fix as well with lift for old people quiet challenging for up and down on the hills,others like mini bird park,chicken farms and playgrounds are vakue add to the resort😉. Gym and swimming are good specially with the hill views since the resort allocated above hills ,my nephews and sister are enjoying ,only some equipment in gym must more maintance and can be more better. Overall we enjoy stay at the resort and will recommend to family and friends to stay for some changing views and experience in Bandung ,Good Job the Valley resort hotel keep it your good service ya and Thank you for welcoming me and family 👍😉"

I reported this to the housekeeping manager, and even after changing rooms, there were still no new disposable slippers. I'm speechless. A five-star hotel can't even provide guests with a pair of slippers to wear. I've traveled to many countries and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this."

"Pros: + The place looks beautiful and has a beautiful view, but the trees in the hotel block most of the view. + The staff are very friendly and speak English. + Good value for the money. Cons: - The place is averagely clean, but not very clean. The corners of the room, as well as the wooden stairs in the bathroom, are unkempt. The toilet has yellow water stains. - The bed sheets and covers are old and have many stains. The duvet cover is much larger than the duvet. It's shameful that a hotel of this stature can't provide decent duvet covers. - The windows don't open, and the room feels stuffy. - The breakfast, in my opinion, is poor because I smelled something bad. The noodles, cupcakes, and waffles, except for the fried rice and soup, made me unable to eat anything at breakfast."
