Gostamos da estadia do Hotel Douro Scala, já estivemos nesta unidade anteriormente e gostamos de regressar.
Trata-se de um hotel muito agradável, acolhedor, confortável e com Staff simpático.
Nota muito positiva para a piscina interior.
Hotel a precisar já de algum melhoramento e remodelação.

Muito bom
Alguns pequenos problemas mas nada muito grave. O chuveiro ao lado da cama foi um ponto negativo. Não dá para tomar um banho sem acordar a/o parceira/o. O cofre do meu quarto estava travado e, mesmo com a queixa, não foi consertado. Tirando estes pequenos problemas só temos a elogiar. Lugar espetacular, muito confortável o quarto e excelente café da manhã.

Amei minha estadia nesse hotel. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. O quarto limpo e aconchegante, a cama super confortável. Gostamos muito da piscina aquecida, das saunas e do jacuzzi. O jantar e o café da manhã foram no hotel e foi maravilhoso . Comida saborosa, nota 10! Por último, fizemos uma massagem espetacular com a Ana Lina, que tem as mãos de anjo! Espaço para puro descanso e carregar de baterias. Um espaço idílico que merece uma visita. Preciso ter bom sentido do orientação dentro do hotel, pois, o caminho para os quartos é por vezes um labirinto. Staff super atencioso e pronto para ajudar.
