No what it says on the tin
Communication was minimal. 2 toilet rolls for a 6 person villa for 5 days. Any more was an additional cost. Having the towels replaced, which were no bigger than a tea towel, additional cost. No communication around tourist tax. Would not accept all major credit cards. Did not send details for check in beforehand which was an issue if arriving late. No mention of the cleaning charge which was compulsory, but expected the villa to be entirely cleaned upon leaving. Reception barely open. Accommodation was ok but very small. No oven in a six person villa, very hilly with a lot of steps. Photos very deceiving.

We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back.

Nice place to stay
The apartment was nice and clean and the site was fairly quiet, although there seemed to be a lot of guests, judging from the occupancy of the car park. We had no problems at all while we were there.

Sincèrement très bien accueilli Accueil et prestations sympa et professionnel bonne propreté Grande piscine Parking sécurisé Extérieur propre très bien entretenu Résidence très bien situé ( arrêt de bus devant l’entrée) Prendre une carte à la halte de saint jean de luz. La ligne 17 vous y emmène , et de la , avec le même billet valable 1 h30 de trajet, vous pouvez vous rendre de Bayonne à Hendaye. Un excellent boucher traiteur à 800 m , vous régalera de ses produits. Service de pains et viennoiseries à l’accueil. Cet établissement a grandement contribué à notre excellente expérience en Pays Basque.

Très belle résidence en hauteur avec vue magnifique sur Saint Jean de Luz. Appartement avec une grande terrasse, de belle taille pour 4 personnes mais sans doute moins agréable pour 6. Belle piscine. Bref, un très beau séjour. De plus, la ville est bien située pour visiter le pays Basque, proche de Hendaye et Biarritz

La.residence est très bien placée , on peut aller a pied a saint jean de luz c est sympa Le personnel est sympathique et nous a donné de très bons conseils Par contre l appartement est vieillot, mal agnecé, peut de placard et les meubles sont anciens et lourd. Ce qui fait qu'il y a pas mal de bruit en provenance des différents appartements Pour le ménage , nous avons etes très déçus: pas de papier toilette de rechange : un oubli nous at'on dit.. vu que nous avons passé nos 5 jours avec une odeur pas possible dans les toilettes nous avons eu des doutes sur le fait que notre appartement ait ete nettoyé avant notre arrivée . ... Un papier traînait devant notre appartement , nous avons vu du personnel de ménage mais ce papier n'a pas bougé de notre séjour ..heureusement que nous avons eu du beau temps et n'avons pas passé trop longtemps dans l appartement
