Hôtel très bien situé pour se balader à pied dans St Jean de Luz ou dans ses environs Belle chambre spacieuse. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié. Le +, parking couvert gratuit. Le -, une serviette de bains par personne. Pas de serviette de toilette. C’est limite pour un Ibis Rouge. Remarque faite à la réception en partant à laquelle on m’a répondu que c’était la politique de Ibis. Pour avoir fait une étape il y a 3 semaines à l’Ibis Rouge de Salamanques en Espagne, il y avait 2 serviettes par personne.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, rien a redire que l acceuil. Par contre la propreté de la chambre est douteuse. Le lot est ok mais niveau SDB c'est pas top, je pense que ça manque d'un nettoyage de fond de temps en temps. La porte est recouverte de traces grasses de doigts, la cuvette aurait bien besoin qu'on s'occupe du tartre noir au fond. Ne parlons pas des vitres qui ont plus de saletés que de vitre ! Par pitié, ce n'est pas la première fois qu'on vous le fait remarquer, ça ne représente pas grand chose mais ça permettrais de passer du stade de "il est biena placé" à "je regarde pas ailleurs j'y vais systématiquement" A vous de voir

Etablissement choisi pour ses tarifs, sa localisation (proche du centre ville de St Jean de Luz) et ses possibilités d'y garer sa voiture dans un parking privé et gratuit. Chambre classique d'un IBIS Accor donc sans suprise... l'hôtel partage certains services avec un IBS budget (dont le pt déj correct). Prix autour de 120 E pour 2 avec pdej.
