Horison Suite & Residences Iswara Bekasi ★★★★

"The check-in process until I could get into my room took almost an hour, even though I arrived quite late in the afternoon. There was no compensation offered, such as a late checkout, despite the wasted time during check-in. As for breakfast, it was a big NO. The papaya was already moldy! The F&B staff immediately hid it in the pantry as if they were fools, so no one would see it. Before that, it was served as if they were feeding animals rotten food."
