I stayed in a family room for two nights. They only provided two bottles of water on the first night. They didn't provide any the next day either. You have to buy them if you need them. The room rate isn't cheap, and they're incredibly stingy. They don't even provide bathrobes. They don't even clean the room.
I even had to go get my own towels.
The front desk staff were rude, and I was disappointed.
The facilities were average, but the view was nice.
The concert was by an unknown singer.
They were good and entertaining.

The location is great, and it's a great place for families to travel, so I visit every year. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation.

The facilities are clean and the pool is great for kids to play in. However, the food prices are all expensive. Ramen is 7,000 won.

The first floor facilities were nice. I arrived early, got a massage, took a photo of myself, and played games in the arcade. I especially liked the walking path.

I went to Namiseom Island with my childhood friends to ride the zipline, and I booked a nearby lodging, and it was quiet and clean, so it was enjoyable.
