The hotel is at a good and quiet location, it’s beautiful and clean, we had an amazing time we will definitely come back

The location of the hotel is good it is mixed with the other 2 hotels making it a bit confusing for checking in at the begining The self-help check-in & out station is hardy for me.

When I first arrived, I didn't see the name of this hotel outside. When I entered the lobby, I saw that it was a building with three hotels. The location was convenient to Chuncheon Myeongdong and it was a straight road. Chuncheon Myeongdong Street has various brand stores and the famous Chuncheon chicken steak food.

The front desk calls for self-service check-in, which is a little more difficult for foreigners. Staying on the 12th floor also comes with a balcony and a great view. The hotel is very clean and the facilities in the room are complete. If you stay for several consecutive days and the room is not required to be cleaned, new clean towels will be placed at the door in plastic bags every day. There is breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, but you need to pay to eat. There is a 711 convenience store on the basement floor, which is quite convenient.

It seems like a hotel with 4 operators in one hotel facility, each operator having its own special features. The location is across from the Ethiopian Memorial Hall in Geunhwa-dong, overlooking Gongjicheon and Soyang River, and accessible to the old and new downtown areas. Since the facilities are clean, there are many family visitors, and there are convention centers, restaurants, and convenience stores in the hotel, so I remember it as a convenient place ^^

The hotel location is good. The bedding and bathroom were clean, but it would be better if they paid attention to the drawer next to the bed when cleaning. There are 2 towels per person, including slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, cotton swabs, and hair ties, but please note that there are no bathrobes. I stayed there while traveling to Chuncheon Gapyeong (Namiseom) and it was nice.

Oh, I made a mistake and called the staff because I had a reservation for the next day, but they said the person in charge would call me, but they never did, and I just kept waiting. The next day, they said the person in charge would call me again, but they never did. They were too passive about processing refunds or changes. They said they would eat up all the customer's money.

Parking wasn't great, but the facilities weren't bad and it was pretty good. I usually stay in Gangneung, but staying in Chuncheon was pretty good too.

The location was good and the room was clean.

酒店跟其他兩個酒店在一棟大樓裏，在門口自助入住遇到問題打電話會有客服幫你解決，房間整體乾淨整潔有個大陽台。樓下就有家烤肉店營業到十一點還是很方便的。

晚上9點入住酒店，沒有前台服務是自助辦理入住手續，自助機旁邊提供一個客服電話打過去沒有人接聽，入住到房間廁所洗澡地方玻璃貼黑色膜少了一半，洗澡外面能看進來太沒有安全感. 酒店環境很亂一個大廈三家酒店

춘천 시내 이동하기에 위치는 최적인 거 같아요 바로 앞에 공지천 있어서 산책하기도 좋아요 깔끔하고 하루 묵기엔 적당합니다만, 낮은 층을 배정받아서 그런지 도로 소음이 꽤 있었습니다 소음에 예민하신 분들은 고층에 묵기를 추천 드립니다
