We had to wait a bit for our room to be given to us. Apparently there wasn't enough staff to register all of us who were waiting in the lobby. I think they should better coordinate the shift changes for customer service staff and/or do the check-in from the moment the customers arrive and from 3:00 pm only give out the keys (as a suggestion). The lady on duty was able to resolve the situation in the quickest and most objective way. Everything else seemed very good to me. Thank you.

Had a bad experience here I believe the guest was named April had Bad atttitude and it seems like She's under the influence of **** during her shift not sure why someone can be working like that. The room was Nice and the housekeeping ladies were really kind the lady was named Carmen.

So I literally came here from New York and the experience was amazing. The short Mexican lady with the red hair cheating me with so much respect never had the experience that I experience coming into this hotel. I recommended to everyone.

Laundry is not practically usable because it is located in a public area so anyone from outside can have access just by paying some coins. So, definitely not sanitary, especially considering the type of people living around.
Also, there is no hair dryer in rooms. No iron/ironing board.

Muy mal servicio, desde que se hizo la reservación se solicitó y confirmo la necesidad de tener una habitación para discapacitados. Lo cual no sucedió. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que el Hoyel no contaba con el servicio. Lo cual es falso. La limpieza de la habitación es cada tercer día. En fin batallamos bastante con la persona con capacidad diferente. El personal de limpieza de malos modos. Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones. Sobre todo en los baños.
