Wasn't aware of the deposit, asked what the deposit was for, didn’t get the response said that I’d receive the money back within 2-4 weeks. The toilet paper wall mount keep falling off every time. And wasn’t aware that I’d be in a double room.

Booked to stay here for the Houston Texans versus Kansas City Chief Football game. the hotel is tired, the carpet stinks, the heating system was not working appropriately. The hotel was not clean. The service was meh. not good not terrible but nothing to brag about. I would not recommend for anyone to stay there nor would I stay there again.

Terrible experience, filthy corridor with smoke smell.Elevator was out of order.Torn and stained curtains .Bathroom door lock was not working and the fittings were almost coming out of the wall.Housekeeping forgot to clean the socks from the previous guests and the lamps were dusty too.Very basic breakfast and I could barely eat anything except bread and butter.

Everything was coated with dust when you walk in and the staff was somewhat rude. If you’re wanting to stay close to world’s of fun then check into the other hotels around. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I definitely won’t be going back. The bathroom was the grossest part we didn’t even want to step in the shower. They had a standard complementary breakfast that looked fine but we ended up just going to the Waffle House next door.

This hotel needs to learn about customer service. They definitely are on point with their breakfast game though!!

One of my fav places to stay on a budget! Clean and easy going!!! Always a win!
