好幾年去街子古鎮，就發現了這家民宿。一直在心裏想着再去，就在我最近狀態不好特別想找一個地方讓已經可以放空，就想到了這裏。説實話不確定是不是當時去的民宿，結果就是記憶中的那家，標誌的大樹，而且我的房間能夠直接看到大樹。陽台超大直接可以看到青城山以及溪流雖然水有點點黃。確實這幾年入住人多，所以有些設備還是有點陳舊了。希望可以升級一下，其他都很好。

房間乾淨衞生，採光好，前台小姐姐和服務員都很好。環境很好，酒店在步行街，街上很熱鬧，酒店進去以後很安靜，鬧中取靜，適合家庭，同學聚會，酒店旁邊的河邊風景也很美，院子裏的楠木太好看了，裝修也很棒。下次還會再來

環境一流，服務負分。1.服務員毫無服務意識，預訂之後是從評價得知她們有自己的停車場，到達之前電話詢問停車場怎麼走，客服還反問沒有加她們v？2.從去哪兒定位導航到酒店顯示（如圖一）需要穿過整條古街，發v詢問客服，回答是對的。導致我們大熱天拉着大箱子帶着小孩在坑坑包包的古街上走出很遠。最後覺得不對勁最後重新搜名字定位才準確。又返回去。到了也沒有道歉，一句百度就是不準確了事。3.房間裏衹有2條小毛巾和2條中號毛巾，家庭房3個人根本不夠用，發v是這樣回答的（圖三）給我整自閉了。最後直接當面找她們要，才去拿了一條浴巾，才發現我們房間根本沒有浴巾，你猜服務員怎麼回答，她説她去看看？晚上11點了你去我們房間看？4.入住當天看到院子裏有魚就詢問能不能餵魚，我家小孩超級喜歡餵動物，回答是固定早上10點喂，明天早上來。第二天小朋友超級期待，一直問幾點了，9:50去卻告訴我們，早上已經餵過了。小朋友無比失望。不想給客人喂可以直説。5.停車票也不開，停車的時候停車場太婆也不説，你開車準備走了她找你收錢了，要停車票了，過12點要收加時費了（加時費是評價裏知道的）我真的服氣。能把服務做得這麼徹底的真的佩服。甚至一點脾氣都沒了。ps：第二天不知道是不是我穿越了，居然服務員打招呼問好了？難以置信。第一天理都不帶理的。我甚至想過算了，但是以上5條，沒辦法算了。

房間乾淨，明亮，舒適，尤其是老闆娘的文化底藴非常好，帶給了我難以忘卻的體驗。本來想住一天就走的，結果住了兩三天，小街帶給我的文化遠遠大於房間本身，期待元旦的時候還可以再來入住。
