客服態度很好的，但是房間大門的那個鎖不安全，另外加裝的幾個那個搭扣都不牢固。枕頭一般酒店都是配一個護頸枕頭一個大的枕頭，但是這個酒店全都蓬起來那種大枕頭。泡澡浴缸沒有配一次性的泡澡膜，然後放浴缸的時候放在放着熱水就會變成冷水。還有一點不能忍受的是房間裏還有發黴的味道。

在景區裏，房子外觀和其他的都差不多，房間裏面還可以，但是有木頭髮黴的味道，但是民宿可能家家都是這樣的，床單很乾凈，廁所和洗漱台差一些，但是都能接受，但是無法接受的是服務，太差了，自己不是一個很挑剔的人，也很少做評價，但是這次實在覺得服務太差，訂了四人間，給了兩瓶水，然後我們還想要兩瓶，和我説自己花錢買，不管幾人間，就是兩瓶水，反正就是不給，哎，也不是第一次住民宿，但是第一次遇到這樣服務的，四個人給兩瓶水，早餐也很差，吃飯也很貴，但是這種景區也能理解，最不能接受的就是服務，讓人體驗感太差太差，本來是來休閑的，一瓶水讓自己不爽，本來2塊錢的事，覺得自己買不是不行，但不是錢不錢問題，是沒有這個道理的問題。500多一晚上，其實也不算便宜，為啥這種服務，一次很不舒服的體驗。

到店已經晚上6:30，就我一個客人。店裡姐姐還專門留下來給我們做餐，熱情又隨和。店就在景區裏面，陽台就有一大片梯田，雲層少可以看到星星，可以好好欣賞。上去八卦田也很方便，還有一條友善害羞的大狗邊牧晚上看門

民宿在梯田區域，傍晚藍調時刻的雲海非常美。
民宿的房間和空間都比較大，餐廳的飯菜也比較好吃。養了一衹漂亮的摩卡色邊邊，會跟在你旁邊和你一起走路～
門口的博物館設備很新，門口可以攔電瓶車上山，入雲霧深處，看梯田頂端。
特別表揚、讚美管家昭琴！活潑熱情、笑容燦爛，主動幫助我們出行、貼心照顧，是本次旅程最大的加分，超超超好評！

這是一家富有人情味，軟件硬件設施都很棒的一家名宿，去上堡住樸宿絕對會為你的旅途加分。工作人員方面：很專業同時也很用心，不失體貼。還在去往名宿路上的時候，工作人員就有提前電話問候。到達後，很熱情的接待，看到我們一家四口定的是大床房，主動詢問是否要換標間並及時帶我們看兩種房型，看我們還是選大床房時，晚上還不忘塞我一個毛毯，結果還真用上了。第二天中午我們去山頂看完風景回名宿時剛好下大雨，我們本想等雨停了再下車，沒想兩位姐姐冒着大雨撐着兩把大傘問我們這會是否要下車。這種服務不亞於五星級

到了崇義，原本想隨意選了一家臨時落腳點休息一會，沒想到入住之後很滿意，時間結束後，決定續房費住一晚，傍晚管家貝貝還貼心的送了粽子，他鄉感受到了節日的氛圍，嚐到了崇義粽子的味道，房間很乾凈，佈置的簡單舒服，清晨的陽台來上自帶的一壺茶，感覺太棒了，梯田沒有到季節，我想稻田季節會非常的美，為了梯田還會再來還會選擇樸宿的，樸宿是這次旅行最滿意的收穫！

恰逢金秋稻花香之際，很幸運，通過調節訂到了房間。上堡梯田有兩塊集中看稻田的區域，樸宿在下面一處，雖然面積較核心景區小一點，但個人覺得層次感更豐富。工作人員都很有愛，是左右鄰居的那種親切。意外驚喜是菜很好吃，尤其酸蘿蔔鴨慶。為此第二天特意再吃了中飯。
