外部環境優美，建築風格獨特。經營者對環境及設施維護也盡心盡力。但也許是因為經濟不景氣，來的人不多。園區餐廳菜品選擇少，口味一般。房間裏的枕頭、床墊太軟，影響睡眠，還不如普通商務酒店的裝備，建議換掉。房間裏有異味，不知道是否還是裝修過程中留下的問題？建議經常開門窗換氣。

酒店整體環境很不錯，晚上的篝火晚會的氛圍也很好。各種髮型都有自己的特點。白天小朋友遊玩的地方也很多，可以抓魚呀，游泳啊。總的來説是一次很愉快的旅行。

非常好，帶小朋友出來玩簡直完美，有遊樂場、小動物、露天KTV、篝火晚會、温泉泡池，服務態度也很好，確實很推薦，如果價格再實惠點就太棒了！！商家多宣傳出去，提升知名度⚈₃⚈

房間設施還過得去。但温泉水，居然是要服務員過來刷卡，刷一次卡放一池水，太沒意思了，而且水池也沒有按要求第二天清潔，反正就是想敷衍過去了，年十一晚上9點左右到店，前台8點半打電話來説要準備下班了問我什麼時候可以到，第一次遇到度假村前台沒有人24小時值班的。度假村的內的環境還可以，不過鑒於這個服務水平，即使在客人少的情況下都滿足不了服務，可能都是請的臨時工。
