Hôtel toujours correct, personnel sympa mais tarifs piégeux qui peuivent varier du simple au double selon votre mode de réservation. Refus d'appliquer mon tarif convenu à l'accueil. J'irai ailleurs!

Petit déjeuner facturé à prix supérieur
Très bon accueil le soir en arrivant.
Par contre, très mauvaise impression en partant.
Le petit déjeuner est facturé à 12 Euros alors qu'il est affiché à 9,90 Euros. L'écran digital à l'accueil n'affiche pas les prix. La personne à l'accueil ne veut rien savoir.
Facturation de produit échantillon.

Sommes déçus
L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement, les matelas sont à revoir et les oreillers sont trop plats. Par contre l'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont corrects.

Excellent moment à l' ibis cholet
En visite 2 jours au Puy du fou, j' ai choisi cet hôtel de part son emplacement et par le prix proposé et je ne regrette pas très facile d'accès en venant du parc, très bien accueilli à la réception amabilité, bienveillance, superbe buffet Petit déjeuner et le personnel parfait, de plus un restaurant la boucherie attenant à l'hôtel idéal pour se restaurer le soir,avec une réduction de10% en étant recommandé par l'hôtel, tout était parfait
