The breakfast is good. It is very convenient to take the highway from the airport. However, the streets are very dirty, which is a common problem in Bangladesh. The service is good. The waiter brought the luggage to the room. The floor is high, the bed is soft, and the bath water is comfortable. Two bottles of water are provided.

The local four-star hotel is quite good in Chittagong. After all, compared with many three- and four-star hotels, the facilities here are relatively new and the breakfast is rich. The only drawback is that the room is facing the street, which is too noisy. The rooms on the other side can see the river or the sea and the sunrise.

I didn't expect this hotel to be better than I imagined. The rooms are on higher floors, quiet and comfortable. There is a night market around the hotel, which is not bad.

Very Poor Service. The staff are not professional enough. Check in took longer than expected. Breakfast was average. Considering the overall room price I will not recommend this hotel . There are lots of other hotels in this price range who are providing better experience.

We arrived on the 4th of February 2025 ,with my wife from the UK. We stayed just over a week We had the best experience from all the staff so friendly, polite, & very helpful on all levels even down to the security staff in front of house. Every morning, we had breakfast. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, especially Subash & Lisa. I also met Major Zayed Khalil what a guy at the hotel Best western it was great speaking to him. I would recommend who travels to Chittagong Bangladesh to stay at the Best Western hotel.

Best Western SKS Chattogram - we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the super friendly and caring staff... Mahboob bhai, a chef during breakfast spoke Nepali with us and took care of all our needs. Suvas bhai, another friendly colleague, made us feel very very comfortable. What lacked in terms of the places to visit in Chattogram over a cold gloomy weekend was compensated by the uber friendly staff and a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay at the hotel. #loyalty ensured! Strongly recommend!!!

Mohín gave us the most excellent service during our stay. We are a group of foreigners and we felt safe and taken care of during our whole stay. The location is convenient and the facilities are clean. The location is very close to the night market, making it a great place for exploring the city
