服務非常好，環境也不錯，夜裡安靜，衞生間裏是蹲坑不是馬桶，對年輕人來説很好，但是上了年紀的老年人如廁有點困難。

設施：新酒店，下高速就到，設施比較新。
衞生：衞生還行，遇到五一假期，連住兩晚，第一天提供了一次性用品，第二天就沒有在提供了。
環境：整體環境不錯，背靠青山，空氣也好，不吵，還提供餐飲，就是酒店這個床選的有點頭大，來回經常被床沿多出來的一截木頭撞到腿。
服務：服務員都很客氣，五一假期人多，預訂的豆花雞給了其他客人，等我們到時又重新準備，晚飯變成了宵夜。不過服務員態度很好，也能理解。
建議:不能因為假期客流增加影響服務質量，應該有更好的應對方案。

五星級的管理，五星級的服務。與其他星級酒店的最大不同是真誠相待，真心問候，而不是拘於形式。到了之後僅僅是因為暫時停電，就再三表示歉意，還備了免費的菜飯。僅僅停留了一個晚上，聽到的問候卻超過了此次出行的總和。軍人團體無論是否退伍，都永遠是人民最尊敬的人。
