"It's a coffee shop located in an old building. Upon check-in, I was given a small loft room; it was so small I could barely stand upright without being near the bed. It was also significantly different from the pictures shown on the booking page. When I requested a room change, the hotel said there were no rooms available. I later complained to Ctrip and received prompt feedback and compensation."

"We stayed for 1 night whilst attending a wedding in the area. Sarah was really helpful in adjusting our booking when we had a last minute change. The room was beautifully appointed, really clean and a super bathroom with excellent shower pressure (and praise be both an overhead shower head and and excellent adjustable handheld shower head). Lovely breakfast in the dining room, requested the day before. We had a great sleep very comfortable bed and very quiet for being in the centre of the town. My only comment was the duvet was a little lumpy and could perhaps do with a change. As the wadding had settled unevenly despite a good shake ! But this was very minor. Would definitely recommend and return to this lovely neck if the woods"

"The Ebrington Arms is a really special place that my family and I discovered 10 years ago. We live far away, so when I had the chance to come back to the cotswolds, I made sure to make at stop here. I stayed in Room #1 right up the stairs above the pub. The room is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom, while small, has everything you need. I really enjoyed the selection of tea in the room, and I slept well at night. I had breakfast there every morning and dinner every night. The food is delicious and it's lovely to sit in the back garden to eat. Everyone was helpful and kind, especially Zoe, who took great care of me the first night. Ebrington is a quiet village, which is what I love about it. The Ebrington Arms has managed to keep it's charm, while at the same time offering a high level of service at a reasonable price. It is also centrally located for many beautiful long walks, including one to Hidcote Gardens and Chipping Camden. I look forward to the next visit!"

"Our Nankin double was upstairs of the tearoom, with a fine view the Market Hall across High St. The room was simple, but comfortable and very clean. Though the town was very quiet at night, the odd vehicle at an odd hour was possible. White noise did the trick for our light sleeper. Parking in the rear was easy once navigated. Check-in and -out was in the tearoom. Breakfast was good, ordered off a menu. The village and nearby were super-charming without being overly touristy (like Broadway). Shops, pubs and a nice church all a pleasant stroll away."
