First of all, the photo of the location was wrong, so I couldn't get in for an hour, which was a problem... I've attached a photo, but it's the gray building in the back. The room was small, and the only good thing was that the shower worked. In the middle of the night, water leaked from the ceiling and soaked the bed, making it a terrible night."

"My stay at this hotel was incredibly upsetting and a truly terrible experience. First, the hotel charged my bank card an extra amount without any prior notification. The front desk claimed I "didn't provide an email address," which is completely illogical – you're required to enter an email during the booking process, so it's impossible that it wasn't there. Secondly, the hotel alleged that I had an 'additional guest,' but in reality, no one else stayed with me. I asked them to review security footage to verify this, but the hotel never responded directly to me. Instead, they only communicated with the booking platform, completely ignoring my requests for direct communication. Even more importantly, I can provide evidence proving I wasn't even at the hotel on those specific days, such as travel records and public transport card logs, all of which can confirm my whereabouts. However, the hotel didn't seriously address this and proceeded to charge me anyway. The entire process felt extremely opaque, and it appears there are serious issues with their billing practices and overall management. Deducting money directly without sufficient communication or evidence is highly irresponsible and raises significant concerns about financial security. I am currently considering filing a complaint through the platform and may even pursue legal action to protect my rights. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; please choose with caution. I will also be reporting this to the police."

"This review is mixed!  The location is great! It felt safe and easy with the train stations right there. The check in process at night was not easy. I had no idea where to go and it was crazy dragging my suitcase through a casino area into a bar to check in. Also as a solo female traveling it did not feel safe as it advertised I was on my own in a bar situation.  The gentleman who checked me in, once I figured out where to check in was very nice. He helped me either my suitcase up the stairs and showed me the facilities. I appreciated his assistance.  The room had no windows and was definitely misleading based on their advertisement. It was less than desirable. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.  The immediate area was quiet and the bathrooms was clean. I appreciated they left towels, bath products, water, and the makings for coffee."

"Send the children to school. The hotel is located close to Sydney University and about 20 minutes' walk from the downtown Chinatown. It is relatively quiet. It is an apartment-style hotel, and it is convenient to cook and wash clothes. The hotel may be older, but the hygiene is still good. The front desk is not 24 hours. Check-in is from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. On weekends, there seems to be no one from 2 pm to 4 pm. If you arrive at the hotel when someone is not at work, you need to contact the hotel in advance!"
