The whole Atmosphere of this place was quiet and clean. The staff here were friendly and accommodating. This was the perfect weekend getaway.

We booked one of the Palm Cottages for a short "mini-moon" following our wedding. It was the perfect choice to relax & unwind and still get that beach-y vibe in October. We were lucky enough to have a unit on the very end so we had a fantastic view of the water on pretty much all sides. Wagons were available to easily bring your belongings to the unit. Bikes were available & complimentary to take for 2-hours at a time to explore the island. The staff were very nice & helpful. Both check-in & check-out were a breeze. All of the places we wanted to visit or try out were no more than 10-minutes or less away. We definitely plan to go back in the future!

Two couples shared a charming waterfront cottage at Key West. The attention to detail of the grounds and cottages was top rate. Special treat was watching Monarch butterflies sucking nectar from lantana plants from our porch chairs. Nestled on the water close to the Chincoteague bridge, key West was easy to find, within walking distance to several restaurants and picture perfect. Cottage and grounds were immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mini kitchen nicely equipped. We were in an accessible cottage which was close to parking and provided a ramp to cottage door.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer resort! When our plans changed and we had to stay local, we decided to try Chincoteague Island. These cottages were the PERFECT compromise between feeling like you’re in the Florida Keys, while being on a bay in Virginia! They are absolutely adorable, beyond clean and well kept, quiet, and just incredible! The staff was helpful and friendly, and the vibes were fantastic! We enjoyed the gorgeous pool, the wonderful fire pits on the private beach, and just relaxing on our balcony. It was the perfect location for our babymoon, and we can’t wait to come back next year with our little one! :)

As a past homeowner in Chincoteague we were hesitant to go back and use a rental until we saw Key West Cottages and we were not disappointed ! It was an oasis in the middle of a charming town! From the beautifully decorated cottages, gorgeous views, well managed pool and friendly staff our stay was a 10/10 and my husband and I cannot wait to go back again!

Absolutely amazing weekend! The property is clean and charming. Cottages have everything you need for a great stay. The front porch had an amazing view for sunsets and was so nice for morning coffee. Great location to walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

My family rented 3 cottages for a 3 night stay during a 3 generation family vaca. KW was one of the BEST resorts/hotels we have ever stayed at. I can’t say enough about the resort. We rented cottage 303 which was a perfect spot for us. My kids crabbed and fished right off our deck. We had a wonderful view of the bay and saw beautiful sunsets each night. We loved playing in the sand right off our deck as well. We sat in the comfortable Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit which was so easy to light! We spent our afternoons in the pool with cool water, floating tubes for use and chairs that are right in the water. We also borrowed the complimentary bikes- all 7 of us! We rode to the national park and all around the park for hours. The cottage itself was adorable. We stayed in the Key Lime cottage which was spotless and roomy. We appreciated the full sized fridge and kitchen for fast meals. The colors and decor made the KW vibe match the outdoor pastel colors. The colorful new cottages, awesome amenities and KW vibe made this a place we will never forget and hope to return here soon. 10/10 for sure!
