"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!"

Definitely the place to stay when you are in Chinchilla. There is also a retro arcade that is great. Thanks for everything 🤗"

"Arrived and greeted by a lovely lady. The pool was great and after a big day it was a welcome sight. From there, it became a disappointment. The room was good but very dusty on skirting boards, on the bed head, on the cabinet beside the bed, on the top of wardrobe, on the light,food splatter in microwave, food behind the microwave, fly screen not attached to the door so could not leave open to get a fresh breeze. The shower was small, and I had to continuously watch the toilet as the water kept flowing till ypu went back in to push the button again, dust and bugs in the light in the bathroom. I brought by this up with the owners whose response was " that should be expected, it is dusty." Yes, you can expect a bit of dustbut when you have a card stating that you has been cleaned and serviced and all doors are closed, then it should be clean. Also stated that they are starting to do deep cleans/bond cleans so it will be better next time. I showed her the clothes I had cleqning cloths covered in dust with and pictures i took of my concerns and very little interest or care for any issues. She also stated that she had heaps of cards stating how good rooms are, my only thought is it must be the ones th at have had the deep cleans. Also, if you are a light sleeper, probably not the place to stay as the train goes through at 430 in the morning and sounds like it's horn and the contract workers leave at 5 am."

"Regular business traveller called on Friday 22nd March late afternoon to book a room for Sunday, to be told by the Manager” only 1 room would be clean on Sunday, and it was take it or nothing .” I chose nothing because room on that side get noisy from trucks on highway. Since found some great cabins in Chinchilla so I will not be back for the room or food from hotel !!!!!"
