"As a newly opened hotel, it has a great location, new facilities, a brightly colored lobby, and friendly, courteous service. It's a great value. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby, but not in the rooms, which is a welcome change of pace. The restaurant also offers excellent desserts, including delicious tiramisu and apple pie. A highly recommended hotel for a stopover in Chillán."
