第三次住宿了，沒次去chihuahua的住宿首選，CP值很高，地理位置很好，就在教堂隔壁，對面有停車場，進出都很方便，唯一的缺點大概就是沒什麼窗景吧！

淋浴間的熱水很慢，沒遮廉水會濺到外面，造成地面積水，這是唯一的缺點，希望下次去玩的時候能儘快改善，期待下一次入住有愉快的經驗

Nefasto hotel! Mejor sal corriendo! Viajo por negocios frecuentemente y no creo recordar un peor hotel y con peor atención que este. Se quedaron sin agua y nadie del hotel pudo bañarse! No hay café por qué no hay agua! Se dice que mantenimiento iba a arreglar el tema y pasaron horas y nunca sucedió. No podemos ni jalar el agua del retrete. Pésimo el desayuno, de verdad malísimo! Unos huevos ultra cocidos y unos chilaquiles totalmente tostados e insípidos. La limpieza ademas deja mucho que desear! Las instalaciones ya pasaron sus mejores tiempos. El servicio pésimo. La recepción lentísima! Vamos hay duda, aquí nada sirve! No cabe duda que tiene que renovarse (o morir y quizá eso sea lo mejor)

Horrible atención cuando llevas niños, todo les molesta, te tratan como delincuente y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Esta viejo y por el precio podrías conseguir algo mejor en plazas cercanas. No vengas

El atencion ke yo recibi de recepcion fue aceptable..el desayuno incluido..fue bastante para mi pero nececsitan ke alguien limpie las mesas despues ke alguien lo ocupe..necesitan mas cereal..el cuarto fe muy comodo y tambien la cama..el wifi siempre trabajaba..y la muchchacha..siempre regocio la basura..solo ke molesto del cuarto fue la campana ke suena cada hora tambien en la noche..Me preocupaba ke no iba encontrar un taxi el domingo en la noche cuando tuve ke ir a tomar mi camion a Ciudad Juarez, y eso es ke paso..Regrese al hotel a las 2030 de la noche..y les pregunte..si podian hablarme un taxi pero se hicierno tontos y me dijeron ke no habia uno disponible..les pregunte porke no me hablan un uber..y otra vez se hicieron tontos..me infade y me fui..tienen un van alli..porke..no me pudieron dar un levanton a la parada de Noroeste en el centro..TUVE ke caminar..con mis dos maletas en la noche tan obscura...Reze..ke nada me pase..pero para una mujer soltera como yo puede ser peligroso..Deje..mi tortuguita de madera de Creel alli...por favor..guardemela para la proxima!

El hotel está céntrico, muy conveniente para visitar el centro de Chihuahua y visitar todos los atractivos, lo único que está fatal son las personas que tienen en la recepción, fuera de ayudarnos fueron groseros y hasta nos tacharon de que nos podíamos ir sin pagar, que experiencia tan desagradable, todo porque quería quedarme más tiempo en la habitación y fui a preguntarle si había alguna manera y el costo que me saldría, me dijo que lo debía haber dicho antes de hacer mi check in y que debía pagar por adelantado porque así se les habían ido muchos sin pagar, cómo pueden tener este tipo de personas atendiendo a los huéspedes, jamas volvería

This property is located in a prime location in downtown Chihuahua. The staff was very attentive. But then we got to the room: ours had a window that looked into the internal emergency exit stairs, which would've been fine, except for people using them all night long, stomping on the metal steps, which echoed throughout the five stories. The worst part, however, were the beds. When my wife went below the covers, she found a pair of socks from a prior guest, which likely means the sheets were never washed. A friend of ours staying in a different room found a sheet stained with what appeared to be blood. Definitely NOT a hotel I recommend
