The insulation of this hotel is terrible you can hear everything from outside and from the hallways of the hotel, they really need to replace the doors of the rooms and windows.

Excellence! I attended training from my work and stayed in this fabulous hotel. The remodeling is amazing and the rooms are super comfortable. The most important thing about this hotel is the service, quality and attention that Chef Carmen provides to all guests in the breakfast area. I will definitely be back soon and I'll recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Excelencia! Asistí a capacitaciones de mi trabajo y me hospedé en este fabuloso hotel. La remodelación está increíble y las habitaciones super confortables. Lo más importante de este hotel, es el servicio, la calidad y la atención que brinda la Chef Carmen a todos los huéspedes en el área de desayuno. Sin duda volveré pronto y lo recomendaré.

El caballero Aurelio Torres siempre atiende de una manera excepcional. Todas las veces que asistimos al comedor, no nos hace falta nada por que el grupo de meseros siempre está atento a los pendientes que nos hagan falta. Les agradezco muchobla atención tan cordial y eficaz.

La ubicación es muy buena se encuentra en D1 visitamos muchos lugares cercanos, la cama muy cómoda, el servicio a la habitación excelente. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la calidad y servicio en el desayuno siento que puede mejorar. Cenamos a la carta y fue excelente 👌 los drinks 10/10 muy recomendable bar 🍸 y excelente servicio del tender definitivamente volvería a hospedarme

Recientemente, tuve la oportunidad de organizar una conferencia en el Four Points by Wyndham en Chihuahua. En general, fue una experiencia positiva. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la atencion de Giana Valdez fue mi ejecutiva en mi evento, asegurándose de que todos los detalles estuvieran en orden para nuestro evento. Las instalaciones son cómodas y modernas, ideales tanto para eventos de trabajo como para una estancia placentera. El salón de conferencias estaba bien equipado, lo que facilitó el desarrollo de nuestra presentación sin contratiempos. Sin embargo, el único aspecto que no cumplió con nuestras expectativas fue el servicio de coffee break y catering. En ambos días, se ofreció exactamente lo mismo, y en cantidad insuficiente, lo que fue un punto negativo, ya que se esperaba una mayor variedad y mejor planificación. En cuanto al hospedaje, las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, y muy bonitas y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, con fácil acceso a sitios de interés y servicios locales. Recomendaría este hotel, sin pensarlo, creo que fue el mejor lugar para hacer mi evento.
