Nos sentimos en casa, la habitación que nos asignaron muy espaciosa (309), el servicio de AyB muy bueno y variado, el room service y mantenimiento (lo ocupamos por una barra fundida) muy eficientes, las instalaciones y limpieza del hotel impecables, los chicos de recepción súper atentos y es que el hotel estaba con ocupación al 100%, Gracias por su hospitalidad

Reservé dos noches para unas reuniones de negocios en la ciudad, y cuando llego al hotel me dicen que rentaron mi habitación “porque no tenían seguridad de que pagaría mi habitación”. Si reservas 7 horas antes y te cancelan llegando a la ciudad, llegas a la reservación y sin ninguna empatía por parte de KEVIN. Ni siquiera un disculpe. NO VUELVO A RESERVAR AHÍ, y no SUGIERO A NADIE RESERVE AHÍ, YA QUE PODRÍAN IGNORAR TU RESERVA

Estancia excelente en este hotel de Chihuahua, amabilidad, limpieza, desayuno y entremes por la tarde son excelentes, El área donde se localiza es muy bonita. Me he hospedado en este hotel un par de ocasiones y si regreso a Chihuahua sin duda repetiré.

The room was lovely and spacious. Very modern and a well equipped kitchens. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Pet friendly hotel, but limited places to walk or relieve your pets.

El hotel es un lugar hermoso, las suites tienen todo lo que una persona pueda necesitar, el lugar es amplio y están muy limpios los cuartos. Lo único malo es que mi sobrina encontró la tapa de un rastrillo en la regadera y eso nos dio mucho asco. Tiene un mini cine, que aún no sabemos cómo se reserva, pero es lindo, un jacuzzi techado, una alberca climatizada. Pienso que a esa alberca le hace falta una buena limpieza, el agua no estaba como en otras ocasiones, al jardín también le hace falta un buen mantenimiento. La joven encargada de hacer el check in fue muy cordial, agradable y rápida para hacer su trabajo. El desayuno incluido está muy rico y completo. Ademas de muy limpio también. Hay una hora feliz de 6 a 8 pero como al llegar no nos dijeron nada nos lo perdimos, así que les recomiendo preguntar. Fue una estancia tranquila, las camas son deliciosas, me hubiera gustado que tuviera tina. Alrededor hay restaurantes, antros, plaza y muchos lugares que visitar. Agradezco las atenciones y si lo recomiendo y por supuesto que volvería.
