The Chico Quality Inn is a great value. Things were clean and comfortable for an overnight at a very fair price. It's a convenient location downtown.

Parking is the only issue when staying there. It’s not enough spaces for the people staying there. Especially if you come in late.

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking lot. It's oddly laid out and some areas can be very cramped/difficult to maneuver.

Price was great, convenience (easy to find/get in and out), quick front desk check in. Breakfast options were ok but not a lot of different items, to-go coffee cups were tiny at the breakfast lobby and in the room. Property was all in mostly good condition and clean, in room and out.

Worked out nicely for what we needed. Mostly very clean property and room. Easy to find and get in and out but not a lot of parking. Could use a few more options for the breakfast and definitely bigger to-go coffee cups in the room and at breakfast!

We always stay here. This is the first time I have had any issues with the hotel. Check in staff was overwhelmed and very slow. Not friendly at all.
The room was clean however the AC machine needs to be fixed. It made a loud clicking noise all night. It kept the room cool so we were happy but the noise was very annoying.

Everything thing was above expectations. The room was very comfortable including the bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again.

The front desk staff is very personable and helpful. The room, including the air conditioner, is adequate. No complaints. We chose to not eat the carb-heavy breakfast, but it is not the worst we have seen. The Roost, about a half block away, serves a very good breakfast with an extensive menu.
