Gran hotel, en una localización impecable, junto a la mejor playa de España. Las instalaciones son preciosas ( jardines y piscinas) y tiene una oferta gastronómica, que permite estar unos días sin comer fuera del hotel. El Spa está muy bien, buenos masajes

La comida es lo más malo que hay en hoteles nada más hay que verlo y fue una vergüenza.Ni lo animales se comerían eso me siento robado por el precio que hemos pagado siendo un gran hotel . No os animo a ver ni la comida una caca .

I was let down by this hotel, they said there was nightly entertainment when in fact it was only one night of our 5 night stay with entertainment. The buffet food was of poor quality. But the most disappointing thing is that my son left his Kenzo backpack with personal jewellery in the room. When I called the staff were unhelpful. Eventually 3 days later they said it wasn’t found. I know exactly where it was left I our room. So be careful with what you leave in your room as it will be stolen like my sons backpack!!!! I would choose a different hotel to stay in!!

My child left a blue kenzo back pack with personal items inside on the bed of our hotel room. I phone the reception 2 hrs after leaving and they asked me to put it in writing, I have now emailed and phoned every day for 3 days after check out and reception have now told me they can’t find it.
