Unlike commercial facilities, this is a privately owned establishment, but there is a sense of style and attention to detail everywhere, and you can feel the efforts of the company. The sink, mirror in the bathroom, and body soap were especially good."

"Highly recommend! We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces. Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste. One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time! Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again."

First of all, the annex was extremely dirty and far from the bathroom, so by the time I got to my room I was completely cold. ! ! ! ! The hot spring water is dirty and there is a lot of floating hair. The hot spring itself is extremely small... All the dishes that were described as delicious were completely cold and crunchy. No one touched the tempura, which had been fried for a long time, and the red roast beef. The curry was so spicy that I quit after one bite. There are so many terrible places that I can't count them all. In conclusion, spending over 30,000 yen, that room, that hot spring, and that meal was "too much". I deeply regret it. I would like to see corporate efforts!"
