The rooms were cosy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated - everything felt very peaceful and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"My daughter and son surprised my husband and I for our special birthdays to a weekend in this B & B. It was without a doubt the best B & B we have stayed in. They have really thought about their guest, guest with families and those with dogs. The breakfast was outstanding, with everything on offer that you could possibly think off. Our family had organised for our friends to stay, so we had the whole B & B, nothing was too much. We without any doubt will be returning- Big thanks to Pam and Co. X"

"DO NOT BOOK! I booked this air B&B today to stay at while I attend Goodwood Festival of Speed in July 2025. I fully paid for the room which was £525. About an hour later I receive an email saying my booking has been cancelled due to maintenance on the property. When I go back onto ******* they are now charging £915 for the exact same room. Avoid at all costs!"

"Our host asked us to please remove our shoes in the hallway. We were happy to oblige, as they provide basic slippers to wear indoors. This policy helps them keep the house spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. Shower was excellent. You can eat as much cereal and toast as you like in addition to a lovely cooked breakfast. The house is well situated for walking into Chichester or to Fishbourne Romsn Palace, but also handy for Portsmouth, Petworth, Arundel, the beautiful Chichester Channel and the coast. The town has plenty of nice restaurants and every village seems to boast a pub which does good food. My only gripe is that the wash basin is rather too small."

"We were made so welcome by all the staff. Accommodation was excellent, food and menu choices brilliant. Breakfast was the best we have ever had whilst staying away from home. Log fires and beams and delicious food and good selection of gins and wines. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Service was brilliant from all the staff.
