Great hotel, amazing location!

My first trip to Chicago was perfectly great thanks to LondonHouse. Especially the view from my assigned room was so amazing that I didn't need another rooftop cafe.

This one had funky elevators but overall great

10/10 stay. Beautiful view! Great location and absolutely stunning surrounding. Would def stay again

The hotel service is OK, and they do not actively provide toiletries, but you can ask the front desk to provide them. I need to remind you: when choosing a room, it is recommended to choose a room without breakfast. The so-called breakfast is just a $20 coupon for you to go to the restaurant on the first floor, but you can't have a satisfactory breakfast for $20, and you need to tip and pay taxes. The key is: the difference between breakfast and no breakfast is almost enough to book a room without breakfast. The explanation given by the hotel is: the price with breakfast allows customers to cancel the reservation at any time a few hours before check-in, which only gives you the right to cancel the reservation. This is the only unpleasant point of the stay. I stayed for 5 nights and spent nearly 6,000 yuan to buy this breakfast. Although the solution provided by Ctrip is a drop in the bucket, it is more important to be in a good mood when you go out, so I just give up. I hope Ctrip can clearly state the terms and conditions in the product details in the future, and I also hope that the comments can help everyone~

The room is much smaller than the Hyatt next door (I booked this hotel thinking I could walk less to the bridge) The room is small but exquisite. The service is very good. The location is excellent. There is Starbucks 711 Smash Burger nearby
