The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport. The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink? If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.
