Like a little sparrow, the amenities are equipped. If one is doable with common bathrooms/toilets, this is excellent. The flooring is well varnished with good grade epoxy and feel good on the soles. Boom the inn-keeper is meticulous in cleanliness and helpful with guests' request. I recommend travellers that are not too picky.

I have been there for a couple of days.
Central location, clean, a huge fridge downstairs, a small kitchen for basic things (no gas for the cooker) and some fruits and coffee were available.
The only problem was noise, as a few guest were impolite, but other than that, I have been happy with my stay.

Great stay in the great location of Chiangrai. The floor was made of wood so sometimes you can here your neighbor stumbled their feet. Overall its a great stay.
