The staff was very friendly. However, perhaps due to the structure of the hotel, there was a constant buzzing noise throughout the hotel (every few seconds, sometimes longer than 30 seconds), which made me feel sick and made it difficult to sleep. If they could improve this, I think this hotel would be popular.

Quiet & clean room with an exterior lift so no issue if your room is on the 4th floors. Nice buffet breakfast. It is around 14 minutes walk to Bus Terminal 1 and walkable to the Clock Tower.

About 15 minutes by car from the airport.
Breakfast is buffet style with a decent selection of items.
The bathroom door didn't close properly, but other than that there were no problems with the facilities.
