Great location and value for money. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Booking includes 2 breakfast each day. I was travelling by myself and stayed for 2 nights. I was leaving in the early morning hours on the last day for the low boat to Luang Prabang and requested a packed lunch instead. The front counter staff provided conflicting answers saying ‘yes, they will do it’s’ then ‘no they can’t do it’! Nonetheless, a simple pack lunch was provided. It was very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to transportation, walking street market, and convenient to find dinner with a variety of choices. The only downside is that the breakfast is not up to the standard of the hotel and the room is a bit old.

I always use this accommodation when I travel around Chiang Rai, and have used it many times, and it is very convenient and I have no complaints. I once fell ill while staying there, but even though it was late at night, they handled the situation appropriately, arranging an ambulance and going to the hospital, so I feel at ease using it again. The staff member who worked there has already retired, but I believe that the spirit of hospitality is still there.
