Great hospitality at this hotel. Staff made us feel welcomed and was always helpful to answer our questions. The garden leading to our room was well maintained and beautiful. Easy to get Grab from this location as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Rai.

The hotel location was good, the food was clean, and the staff was friendly and nice. The hotel accommodations had a small forest-like atmosphere in the city, so we took pictures and everyone was satisfied.

The hotel is a little way out of the city center, the big plus point is the beautiful, tropical gardens with the huge pool. Unfortunately, our room was a little dark and there is no nice place to sit outside. Breakfast was good, the happy hour and cocktails were delicious!

I didn't choose the wrong hotel when I went to Chiang Rai. It was full of Southeast Asian rainforest style. Although it was on the first floor, there were not many mosquitoes. The room was large, and the price was not expensive. Although the breakfast was not very varied, it was enough. It was not far from the White Temple and the Blue Temple, so it was convenient for traveling the next day.

English: The property is immersed in a beautiful tropical garden which is definitely its strong point. During my stay I changed accommodation, because I extended and the same room category was not available. Ironically, I liked the room that cost less better. Slightly smaller in size, but more proportionate in furnishings. This one, which cost more, was very empty, it didn't even have a place to put the suitcases except on the floor. The rooms have been recently renovated and are modern and functional. Cleaning was not perfect: I found the kettle dirty and with water still inside left by previous guests, non-disposable slippers (which you would expect from a property of this type) and stained and a very large damp stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. Details that could easily be improved. The staff was always extremely kind, smiling and helpful. Breakfast worthy of note, both in terms of variety and quality of products. To reach the center, the clock tower, it is about 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes with grab. Beautiful pool unfortunately not used due to lack of time and because in January the climate was not very hot, perhaps more enjoyable in the summer months. I would definitely return willingly and recommend this hotel without a doubt, just a little more attention to detail to be excellent.
