Anantara Chiang Mai Resort

雖然酒店有點舊了，但是在市中心；服務也很好。我很喜歡。酒店內的spa也很舒服。 我尤其喜歡這裏的人文環境。

As an old resort hotel, I think the service of this one in Chiang Mai is terrible. On the surface, the waiters have a good attitude, but the actual details are not good at all. I ordered two takeouts in the evening. Because the language communication is not very smooth, I ran to the front desk and used the translation software to ask if they could help deliver my takeout to the room. The front desk guy said yes enthusiastically and asked for my room number. Then there was a long wait. The software showed that the takeout had been placed at the front desk for half an hour. There was no way because the room was far from the front desk. I really didn’t want to go downstairs, but I was hungry, so I had no choice but to run to the front desk. The front desk guy saw me and gave me the takeout enthusiastically... I thought it was because there were fewer people on the night shift and they couldn’t leave, so they didn’t have time to deliver it. OK, I didn’t want to eat the hotel’s breakfast the next morning and ordered takeout again. I went downstairs to get the food for sale because of the lesson I learned last night. However, the takeout in Thailand is all packed in plastic bags, so I told the girl at the front desk that I wanted two bowls. She was enthusiastic as always and said okay, and asked for my room number and told me to go back to the room and wait for her to deliver it. I thought there shouldn't be any problem with so many people in the morning. Then I waited for more than 40 minutes. I ran to the front desk again helplessly. It was the same girl again. I asked why my bowl hadn't been delivered yet. She replied, "Do you need it now?" I was speechless and suppressed my temper and said, "Of course." She said, "Then you sit on the sofa and wait." After a while, an auntie brought me the bowl. It had been another hour since I went back to the room to eat the takeout. I don't know if your hotel's formalism training is a management problem of the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel with a very long history. The hotel restaurant was built in 1921 as the British Consulate and has been preserved until now. After checking in, we upgraded to the same river view suite as Andy Lau in "The Disciples". The room was very large. 20 years later, it is still exactly the same as the movie stills. The hotel spa is also very comfortable. The swimming pool is also very beautiful. There are few people in the morning and the pool is exclusive. Due to the external construction, the noise can also be heard in the room. After feedback, the front desk service brother BJ immediately compensated and gave us lunch. Knowing that our flight was delayed, he delayed our check-out time to 5 pm and arranged a hotel car to take us to the airport. I like Brother BJ. The service is very thoughtful. There is Chinese service. All service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. A comfortable stay experience.
