Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Service was average at best. This was the first time I had to pay a deposit for the hotel card key which will only be reimbursed if I returned both cards (lose a card = 500 THB). There was also charges if we requested for extra pillows. There was only one lift which meant long waiting times during peak periods.
Not the cleanest as well as we also found stains on towels. First and last time.

Wonnimman is only 5 minutes away
However, traffic is heavy in Nimman, so when going to Old Town or by taxi, it is convenient to get in front of Wonnimman and move.
