A lady, namely Kaew, is the owner of the guest house. She is capable and she fulfills all my requests during my stay. The guesthouse has 8 rooms with twin beds. As I requested the most quietest room, Kaew arranged a room at 2F with 3 sides window. During my stay, I found the window frame was defective, and she brought a new hinge to replace it immediately. To me, her personal services is better than 6 Star hotel. Though there was a construction site next to the guesthouse, it did not affect much as the noise usually found during the daytime.

이곳의 차별화된 점은 작은 테이블이 있었던 것임 틈틈히 작업하기에도 좋았음

마지막날 0.5박 하려고 예약한 숙소인데 저렴한데 깔끔하고 위치도 좋아서 다음에는 몇일 묵어도 좋겠다고 생각한 숙소에요. 다만 지금 옆건물이 공사중이라 공사끝나면 더 좋을것 같아요.

位於古城北部，非常乾淨、舒適，交通便利，房間三面窗户，店主女士善良温和有耐心，去哪裡都非常方便，周圍很多小吃店和711，而且店主不着急賺錢，有房有時候也不上架，我直接和她協商續住。

This place comes highly recommended if you are looking for a short stay in Chiang Mai, location is ideal especially if you dont want to hire a scooter, within the old city gates. The room was so clean, beds comfortable, drinking water and toiletries provided as well as tea and coffee and fresh towels daily if required. Honestly couldn't fault the cleanliness and comfort of this place, the grounds are lovely too with lots of pretty plants and its well back from the street so you dont hear anything at night. The landlady cannot help you enough, she helped out with printing some documents we needed and also gave us her iron and ironing board to borrow. Such a sweet lovely lady! We will definitely be recommending this to our friends :)

The owner is a great host , nothing g to much trouble. I had a great stay and will come back again. Firstly the bed was very comfortable , TV good with multiple language channels. Big Fridge to store water or fruit or milk for your morning coffee. Room was cleaned daily to very high standard , Very Secure Guest House , she leave some fruit out in the morning for guests to take out for the day. Bathroom very clean with good shower and sink, free tea and coffee or hot chocolate in room daily with kettle with 2 bottles of water daily placed in the room. Walking distance e to 7 -11 , and various local good quality restaurants.

We had a great stay at Rena House. The staff are so friendly and helpful and keep the place very clean. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again when in Chiang Mai.
