Super friendly staff! Good location - 1 to 10 minutes walk to cute cafe and great restaurants, and a night market (Wu Lai walking street). Room is clean and spacious.

The hotel was immaculate, and the staff were warm and professional. The room was cozy, and the food was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

Incredible helpful staff and hotel is really nice also bed in my room was cool very good place to stay if you visit Chiang Mai.

It's a nice place. It's quiet and they clean your bedroom every day. Although there could be some minor improvements.

The hotel is nice and cozy, with a good location in the old town, within walking distance to pretty much anything you’d want. The staff was polite and helpful. Some things could do with upgrading, for instance the couch in the room isn’t as comfortable as it looks and the cushions are cheap and squeaky. Also the towels and mats look like they’ve been used for quite some time, with stains on them, and also on the bedsheets. Overall still very good value but there’s room for improvement.

The room was good, everything was 100% clean. The location is on a darker and silent street, but that’s also nice. You just have to go out 1 block and you will be on one of the main roads with a seven eleven. The only problem we had was that the water in the shower was inconsistent, meaning that sometimes it’s hot sometimes a bit cold. Overall good hotel 👌👍

Great location, great price. It’s not a 5 star hotel but you get way way more than what you pay for. It’s a pretty quiet hotel with only like 2 floors. Sound insulation from other rooms was great, which is a big plus for me. Bed is comfortable, air con works well, hot water doesn’t run out after 5 min so you could take longer showers, 2 water bottles are apparently provided for free per day. Only real issue I have is the stupid kettle design, needed some hot water for tea and I couldn’t figure it out.

Good hotel

This hotel is located in the old town where locals live. The hotel rooms have an old feel compared to the cost-effectiveness. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The beds are soft and the bathrooms are larger and cleaner than expected. The shower room is like a prison, but we found it very comfortable to use. However, it is located in an alley, so it is very difficult for tour buses to enter. I bought it cheaply and went there.

The room was clean and there were restaurants, cafe exchanges, ATMs, food stalls, pharmacies, yoga studios, etc. nearby. It was very convenient.

It is a quiet accommodation in an old town alley. The people are friendly and like family, which is nice. The facilities are average, but I recommend it if you are mainly staying there.

A very comfortable B&B-style residence with only a few rooms. It is very quiet. As it is located in an alley, it is difficult to find at first, but I was able to solve the problem with the help of Google. After I got used to it, I found that there were massage places and restaurants at the intersection. It is also within walking distance to several nearby attractions. The proprietress was very enthusiastic in introducing it, and I found the recent flower exhibition along the way according to the instructions. I was very satisfied. The facilities in the room, from wi-fi to air conditioning, as well as a large bed and water heater, are all very good.
