Very Instagram-able boutique hotel. Location is just opposite District 1. Staff are friendly and service was great too. But lobby door will be locked if you hangout late night, will need to press the bell to alert the night shift counter staff.

Unique hotel, I chose it because I liked the rooms decor. However I felt that the rooms need some renovation. Overall good.

Nice location,Nice room

It was in the D4, it only 3 KM from D1 by e-hailing to reach this hotel. There is also have Katinat coffee shop just walk around 200m. Based on my experience, I can say this hotel was amazing especially the atmosphere that took us in the old times & the building just like in the old Europe style. All of staff was so friendly & very professional. The facility has a swimming pool but I suggest it will be great if have a rooftop bar.

Very clean, location is a bit far from amenities

The staff are polite and helpful, the area is quiet and convenient to call grab to go places. The room is well designed and the restaurant downstairs has a very good scone :)

It’s is in district 4. Slightly outside the city center (District 1) but getting a Grab Car/Bike to the center it’s simple and quick. The view of the river is nice but can be noisy cause facing the main road. Beautifully decorated hotel, but needs to start on the maintenance of the rooms. Otherwise, beautiful and comfy.

We are delighted with the hotel. Clean, with working plumbing, quiet air conditioning, moderately soft mattress and no insects - these are the main characteristics of a comfortable stay at the hotel. But this hotel is also very beautiful, like a small castle, where every corner is like a studio for a photo shoot. The room, common areas and the pool - everything looks very nice. And what a delicious breakfast, although simple, but I have never eaten such delicious toasts. The hotel has a cafe with an elegant interior and pleasant cocktails. The only thing is that if you are a light sleeper, it is better to choose a room on the courtyard side, because the traffic in Ho Chi Minh City is busy even at night. But it was interesting for me to watch the road

The hotel is ok, but the soundproofing is not very good.

Overall, the hotel is very good and quite beautiful, but there are some "buts". The hotel has a very small selection of breakfasts and the breakfasts themselves leave much to be desired. If you are considering a hotel and breakfasts are very important to you, then it is better to choose another hotel. Also, the air conditioner in the room is very noisy and if the windows from the room overlook the road, then there is practically no soundproofing.
