Perfect in every way. Impeccable service. 6 stars facilities. Best hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Had excellent dinner at the Soleil.

It’s a brilliant place for family holiday! Hotel is very well located and beach front is beautiful! Most importantly food choice is vast! Imagine hundreds of kitchen staffs there making food daily to service all the guests. A happy tummy and a happy holiday! We surely be back! Strongly recommended to family travellers.

Not the closest area from the airport. But a quiet and private beach. Service was good and prompt. Area a little too big with little signage. Difficult to navigate

Simply amazing hotel and hospitality

Amazing hotel lovely staff very spacious rooms the restaurants where great the area is a bit isolated but if you don’t want t to move from the hotel everything is there great beach and pool area

The service is first-class. The flight was early and breakfast can be packed. Every waiter is patient and friendly with a smile. I will definitely go again next time. I like this hotel very much.

The room is very good, the service is good, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast and afternoon tea are great, I have stayed at Ayana before, and both have their own characteristics

It is directly connected to the sea and the pool, and it is spacious and wonderful. The rooms are wonderful, needless to say, with a bath and shower room in addition to the jacuzzi, and two toilets. You can see the pool and the sea from the balcony. You can also get up early and go out to the sea to watch the sunrise. There are staff who can speak Japanese, and their attitude is simply wonderful. This hotel makes you want to come to Bali again.

This time I stayed in the Mulia Suite, which has independent access to check-in, breakfast and swimming pool. It includes a free afternoon tea, which is large enough to be served as dinner🤣 One-on-one butler information is basically responded to in seconds, and the service is attentive. It’s a hotel with few people, plenty of space, and a resort feel.

Very good hotel, will come again next time

I was so satisfied with this accommodation that I was so disappointed that I only stayed there for one day. I think it would be a good idea to stay at least two days because the facilities are good. Among them, the swimming pool was the best! ! !
