Perfect location hotel, only a hundred meter away from Tha pae gate. hotel staffsare very friendly, breakfast simple but nice, with coffee machine available till 5pm. Only thing I feel wanna complaint is the sound proof was quite bad. Especially near the lift, keep hearing people walking around outside.

Room is clean and we are happy to stay at this small hotel. The road in front of the hotel is narrow so most Grab rides will pick up at the back lane which is ok. It is near to Tha Phae Gate so you can easily walk to the old city. Will consider staying again.

Well located hotel, just outside the Old City Walls. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the free ice creams after check out while we were waiting for our taxi to Chiang Mai airport were appreciated!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast spread is good value. Close to bars, massage parlours and city centre but quiet and peaceful at night. Will stay again!

Stayed in Sleep Mai Thapae for 6 days, and it was the most comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was decent. They had a variety of dishes, mostly pork. Unfortunately, we don't take pork. Apart from that, the spread was decent. Location wise, Sleep Mai Thapae is right smack in the centre of Chiang Mai's old town's hustle and bustle. We could walk to most places. Highly recommended.
