Very good location, convenience to Warorot Market, nearby with restaurants and coffee. the building is look old but inside is renovated, room is big, unfortunately the housekeeper can’t clean the room in proper, the glasses is not clean

4 nights stay in this hotel 1st day we coming to hotel the cleanliness is ok,but the 2nd day,the cleaning service not clean our room only tidy the bed cover & bedsheets . there was lots of hair & little piece of tissue in the floor. already complained to the receptionist at the hotel, but the 3rd day still same the room still messy & same ,not clean our room neighbourhoods in the night is soo quite & dark, all shop near by hotel is closed very disappointed with this hotel

Hotel is big and beautiful. Just the location is a bit far from 7-11 n food. No water dispenser in hotel for water refill. And the pathway to our room need to walk some staircase, which is inconvenience for us as we are with young kids and baby stroller.

Location is pretty good near Chinatown, but hear noises from beside room, breakfast has not much that choice and they do not fill up again when the foods are gone (9:15AM).

good location, easily access to restaurant and night market. spacious room and suitable for family trip. only the breakfast is almost same everyday and not much choices.

The facilities are very clean and nice. It’s quiet at night and we were able to sleep well (we only heard music playing outside during the daytime). Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the bed was quite hard and pillows were very lumpy.

Even thought the location may not be great as not many shops / massage rooms/ restaurants nearby . However , shops can be found within 10 mins walkable distance and it is still good enough

For the price it was ok, but the beds weren't comfy, rooms were small and the hotel was quite loud at night

Really great hotel to stay. I have been to Chingmai a few times but by far this hotel is the best for location. The staff is always happy to hep. I would not hesitate to book it again in the future

Room was clean and good sized. Tv limited to local channels, so no English channels. Twin beds comfortable. Room lighting could be brighter and shower hot water could be warmer. Very good breakfast. Great location, able to walk to most venues i needed to. I'd stay here again.

Good location near Warorot Market, clean and good services 

Good location

The hotel is near an old market called Warorat market. The room we got was large with a small sofa in the room. Not much amenities here. Only thing negative is the waterheater is not constantly giving hot water, intermittent cold water gush out. In the morning there is a market with lots of things to buy and the prices are cheaper than other market elsewhere. However, those who like to wonder out at night for bars will be disappointed. The only night market is at warorat but not very busy as other night market. Not many foreigners can be seen here, so the prices here are reasonable. Getting to the old city is easy if you don't mind taking the tuk tuk or their red mini bus. Tuk tuk needs to negotiate. The red mini bus is fixed at 30bth per person. There is also Grab taxi which is easy to get. But during certain hours you need to wait a little longer. Overall i am pleased with the location and for the price.
