The basic room was decent. Nothing great. Amenities were okay. The breakfast spread was good but limited for vegetarians. In the gym, the treadmill was non functional and had limited weights. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The location is very good, very close to Niman shopping district, and it is very convenient to eat nearby.
The bed in the room is large, enough for two adults and an elementary school child.

This is the most disappointing hotel during my trip to Chiang Mai. The first day, I couldn't sleep because of the noise of motorcycles, cars, and airplanes in the edge room. The next day, they moved me to the opposite end, but this time, there was a huge ventilation duct right in front of the window. I couldn't open the door for 7 days. In addition, water poured down like a waterfall from the air conditioner, soaking my carrier and clothes. I was so angry when the staff came and told me to put my clothes and belongings in a crumpled, old plastic bag that I didn't know where it was used. This is a failing hotel that needs to educate its staff.
