酒店服務真的很好，地理位置也好，大堂很氣派，游泳池風景也不錯。房間寬敞乾淨，來泰國建議住一下這種傳統五星，再嘗試下泰國設計特色酒店就完美了。

從香格里拉換到萬豪，這邊房間好新，不過稍微有點小，我定的轉角房也小，比香格里拉小。早餐還不錯，比較豐富，有鮮榨西瓜汁。對面就有好幾個spa，很方便。

這次旅遊選了萬豪，主要是因為地理位置，入住後感覺除了位置好以外，體驗感也非常棒. 酒店環境，衞生，服務非常好，還享有俱樂部. 因為我們都在外，所以沒什麼享受到酒店的設施，但每天早上出發前及回酒店休息都讓人覺得很舒服，也非常方便，周邊按摩店，餐廳，超市都有.

We were very warmly welcomed ftom concierge to the front desk. Also we had a fantastic surprise of decorations to celebrate our wedding anniversary plus a good view with the upgrade. Location is fantastic. Highly recommend for those who are going Chiangmai.

Overall, one of the best available hotels in Chiang Mai. It is very comfy to stay and a good view of the city on higher floors

I spent only one night in Marriott Chiang Mai and I was pleased that I chose to stay here. Great hospitality from the very polite staff and they’d try their best to accommodate and help with any request. Room is clean, dry and comfortable, I had the best sleep of my several days in Chiang Mai.
There are great selections of food and beverages at the breakfast on ground floor and evening snacks at the lounge.
Pool was not big but very clean and enjoyable, not crowded on Sunday morning.
Only minor downside was the WiFi wasn’t working very well in my room.
Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again.

泳池，早餐，工作人員服務都很到位，值得肯定。
説一下不足，設施和之前住的eastin tan比反而更不如：房間內電視經常卡頓；台盆太小，且下水非常慢；馬桶太一般了，抽水也很吃力；吹風機簡直就像20年前的東西，風量小噪音巨大；窗簾拉起來不方便；早餐的西瓜太糟糕，一點也不甜，全是白白的那種；房間內飲用水不喜歡。
