Property Introduction -Enjoy the brand new 147-meter luxurious spectacular swimming pool on Chang Khlan Road, and enjoy the magnificent view of Chiang Mai on the top floor of the apartment. (Not open on the 17th of each month) -There are cafes and nail salons downstairs -711, KFC, DQ, Watsons across the road -It takes only 10 minutes to drive from Chiang Mai Airport, -10 minutes to walk to the night market, -It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the old town of Tha Pae Gate -15 minutes to drive to Nimman Road Free use of outdoor swimming pool, office, full gym, yoga room, steam and sauna room. Free parking is available. Other notes -This listing is not a hotel, we will create a clean and comfortable environment Please do not make loud noises -Important tips: The second bedroom has no windows and a glass door. We are equipped with curtains to cover it. Equipped with a 1.5-meter bed .I wish you a pleasant stay，swimming pool is unavailable on the 17th of each month due to maintenance

Very friendly staff. We have an early check in and late checkout. Room very clean and cosy. Can access to the swimming pool and gym. 7-eleven just opposite and there are a few restaurants nearby. Free parking👍👍👍

這家飯店太棒了！傳說中的150米泳池名不虛傳，游起來非常過癮。房間很新穎舒適，自助check-in/out也快速方便。整體住宿體驗極佳，唯一可惜的是浴室下水道偶有異味，若能改善這點就堪稱完美了。
