Il luogo perfetto per staccare la spina. Se l’obiettivo della vacanza è staccare da tutto e da tutti questo è il posto giusto dove lasciarti andare e rilassarti. Il personale, gentile e disponibile, ha la capacità di metterti a proprio agio e il proprietario simpaticissimo è pronto ad accogliere le richieste e dare consigli su come impiegare il tempo. Dovendo racchiudere l’intera esperienza con una parola sceglierei “Genuino” così come la struttura, le persone che ci lavorano e le danno vita e il paesaggio toscano che fa da cornice al tutto. Molto soddisfatto!

Cosa dire di questa struttura? Siamo stati accolti da un personale sempre sorridente ed attento . I ragazzi alla reception gentili, la signora del ristorante con i splendidi ragazzi sempre attenti a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Siamo veneziani doc ed al Fortuna Resort abbiamo bevuto un ottimo spritz preparato con maestria dal barman super preparato. Cucina ottima con porzioni abbondanti, buffet mai vuoto di prelibatezze , colazioni super....che dire? Le camere sono da rivedere nei dettagli ma tutto il resto .....meraviglioso....veramente...ci ritorneremo a primavera di sicuro

Il grande Resort Albergo Fortuna è stata una piacevole scoperta. La location, in una zona tranquilla a soli 300 metri dal centro, immersa nel verde, è perfetta per chi vuole godersi un po' di relax senza rinunciare alla comodità. Le camere sono spaziose ma hanno bisogno di un po di aggiornamenti. Il personale, sia alla reception che in sala, è stato incredibilmente gentile e sempre disponibile. Una struttura che consiglio vivamente a chiunque visiti Chianciano Terme. Io ci vado spesso.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere spaziose ma un po' datate e da rimodernare. Cibo buono, posizione eccellente. Presenza nelle vicinanze delle terme. Possibilità di parcheggio. Giudizio finale eccellente.
