Clean room a little small but ok comfortable bed terminal in front of the hotel spend 8:30 p.m. with reservation number.

Hotel very well located, close to public transport and with several services nearby (supermarkets, bakery/pastry shop, restaurants). A good option for those who don't want to spend a lot of money. You will get a very small and basic room. However, very clean and in basic conditions. It has an automatic booking system on site and no staff at reception at night. But as we arrived during the day, we don't know how check-in works at night. There are machines available for dispensing water, coffee and some snacks, but they only accept coins (not cards). There is also a microwave available. The breakfast, although basic, was quite good and acceptable.

When we arrived we spent about 30mins with the checkin staff insisting we needed to pay, despite already paying. We were told that our air conditioning was broken. We had two rooms, both were incredibly hot. The windows in the roomed opened fully so were not safe with the children- as we were on the 5th floor and they had a table under which you could climb on from the bed. Even when they were open it was very noisy outside and one room has a huge illuminated notice board outside which meant the curtain had to be closed otherwise the room was flooded with light. The extractor in the bathrooms did not work, meaning showers made the rooms even hotter. One room had no shower gel in it. We didn't sleep very well, so it was poor all in all. The location on the other hand is great and the patisserie downstairs is excellent!

The bed was hard and the pillows like wafers. The tv old and useless. The bedside tables not fit for purpose. It wasn't even cheap. Its not that close to the airport and quite hard for a taxi driver to find. Never again!

I went to this b&b for a family holiday in Paris. The reception was very kind and friendly. The room was spotless and was also cleaned daily. Finally, the location is quite convenient for visiting Paris close to the tram stop. For what we paid it was worth it.💯

Very good value for money. Free parking closed by a barrier. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to Orly airport. The room is simple, clean and practical. Very good jet in the shower and good light in the bathroom.

hotel very close to Orly so very practical but very mediocre for a BB hotel. cleanliness is limited no equipment in the room (no kettle, hair dryer, ..) unfriendly staff. I have already stayed in many BBs and this one is the least good of all

In its simplicity it is a very comfortable hotel. The room was spotless. Very convenient if you land in Orly and reach Paris, with the Tram 7 stop 50 meters away. Nearby is a supermarket and a boulangerie for shopping. Check-in is quick and convenient as you have a single access code for the entrance and for the room, without having to carry keys. The breakfast was good and had a decent choice, but was poorly organised. Served in too small a space so much so that it seems like there isn't enough. Small plates. Lack of espresso coffee and little choice of savory foods. Excellent bread and jams. The receptionist was not very courteous.

Close to the airport, with a tram stop right in front. Clean, functional and with friendly staff. To sleep, shower and have a small breakfast you don't need anything else. And the rest of the hotels in the area practically double the price. Good! 😀

Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel avec des amis (3 chambres) et ça s'est bien passé jusqu'à notre retour ou nous recevons un mail de la part du gérant nous indiquant que nous avions occasionné des dégâts (brûlures au niveau de la partie entre les 2 fenêtres (extérieure et intérieure, double fenêtre). Bien entendu nous y sommes pour rien car c'était présent à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas jugé utile de le signaler à l'accueil car pas gênant pour notre séjour. Un ancien client a dû laisser sa cigarette ici et l'oublier (déjà lu d'ailleurs dans d'anciens avis ici). Ça fait désordre mais nous en avions vu d'autres... De toute évidence la personne chargée du ménage avant notre arrivée n'a pas dû le voir et celle lors du départ si et forcément les coupables sont tous désignés. En 10 ans de fidélité au groupe des hôtels BnB c'est la première fois que l'on nous fait un coup pareil et nous sommes dégoûtés. Forcément on ne nous croit pas et on fait confiance à l'équipe de nettoyage (plutôt qu'à de fidèles clients). J'ai aussi appelé le service sinistre (siège de Brest) qui tient à peu près le mm discours que le gérant. Nous ne sommes pas fumeurs et le couloir sentait la cigarette dès notre arrivée, comment nous aurions pu faire une telle chose et surtout ne pas le dire et repartir comme si de rien était ??? Au téléphone le gérant trouve même le moyen de me dire qu'il trouvait ça étrange que des gens forts sympathiques comme nous avaient pu faire ça et partir tranquillement en blaguant avec lui lors du départ... Hallucinant. Je vous déconseille donc cet hôtel et si jamais vous y allez n'oubliez pas de faire un bon état des lieux et de tout indiquer auprès de l'accueil afin de ne pas avoir la mauvaise surprise de vous faire accuser de tout et n'importe quoi au retour de vos vacances.
