Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features an intimate coffee and wine cafe and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. World of Hyatt members can enjoy our free breakfast when they book an eligible rate. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Served daily from 6:30am-9:30am (Monday-Friday) and 7:00am-10:00am (Sat-Sun) and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine and cocktails 24 hours a day. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken pets -defined as a dog- per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 75 USD. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Service Animals are exempt from fees. For stays longer than 7 days the fee is $100 for up to 2 pets.

Visited this hotel 2yrs ago and came back because we were in the area. Parking used to be free but is now $8.00 and also the room was really small (King w/ Sofa bed). Even though the room was right next to the elevator, it was pretty soundproof.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, it was a bit cramped but comfortable. There is an unnecessary additional daily charge for on-site parking.

Very satisfied with my stay. Friendly front staff. Nice big room with a very comfy bed. Right across from my meeting so I didn't have far to go and lots to do in the area! I have to return multiple times so I will probably choose to stay here each time due to my positive experience!

This hotel is very dated, old station tattered furniture, dirty carpet, stained couches. We wouldn’t even sit on it. Gross. Extremely humid inside. We arrived after a 15 hour drive totally exhausted, when we walked through the extremely loud annoying front glass doors we knew it wouldn’t be good.

I can't say enough about our experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent!

The breakfast area was disgustingly filthy. There was food all over the counters, floors, tables, trashcan, bar top. No silverware, no sugar on the coffee bar, few glasses. The breakfast attendant never once got up from her chair, all the while looking at her phone and blaring her own person music. There were also business cards for digital tipping which I found off-putting The room was dated, but ok and fairly spacious, other than the cramped bathroom. The AC was noisy but the room stayed nice and cool. The pool was nice and the property has mature trees which make it feel fairly secluded. Front desk is friendly, and I can tell they are trying, but, as a whole, the hotel is really missing the mark.
