Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Chessy

The location of the hotel was close to Val d Europe and the train station, the room was very new and clean but a bit different from the pictures. It is more like a service apartment with less equipment and amenities but it was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly and even lent us an iron and an ironing board, and also gave us recommendations for restaurants in Paris. Will come back!

I would say I have knocked down 2 stars for minor things but also inconvenient things. Overalls I would recommend to stay if going to Disneyland. 5 min walk to train and one stop. Close to alot of cafes and restaurants and the biggest shopping centre I have ever seen! There's a supermarket downstairs in the shopping centre so you can stock up on stuff for the hotel. Chose to stay due to having a kitchenette and my daughter having dietary needs so being able to have the fridge and kitchenette was so much easier. They did only provide us with one thing tea towel so naturally on a 3 night stay we would need another. Asked once at reception and they said they will bring some up, asked again the following day and still no tea towels but bath towels instead- it will do. The biggest thing for us was that €250 was taken from us which was for the deposit which we understood. However we have been back over a week and not yet received the deposit back to us. The receptionist said it would take 2 days then however long the bank takes. I have emailed twice and no reply. Otherwise nice stay, modern and plenty of space. Would stay again minus the issue with the deposit.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. We rented an apartment for 4 adults and 2 children and could not believe the spacious beautiful apartment we had. It had everything we needed and more. It's modern and of a high standard. Thank you so much for making our holiday so comfortable and enjoyable. Has shops for groceries close by and travel is only a 5 minute walk... perfect
