This property is approx 20 years old. During the first 10 years or so, it was my standard landing spot while working in the area. This was my first time back in about five years, and I noticed a BIG decline in the quality of the lodging and service. 1) Despite their every-two-day housekeeping option, which I specifically requested, no housekeeper ever visited my room during my four-night stay. Even after I complained about it. In fact, I never saw a housekeeper anywhere on the property during my stay. At least the front desk gave me fresh towels on request. 2) The common areas, e.g., hallways, looked like they had not been cleaned or vacuumed in quite some time, e.g., a used plastic glove was on the floor outside my door for the first two days. 3) The breakfast selection was minimal; we switched to McDonald's after the first day. 4) The internet service was super-slow (＜1 MB/sec), even with the $4.95 faster option. Next time, I'll stay up in the Suffolk Harbour View area a couple of exits further north on 664 (which I have done recently).

Hotel was nice for an older Hotel maintenance was good except the showers grouting was very dirty neededly parked and the repair work around the show before. Nice shower meetings tomorrow

I didn't have a choice of rooms. The room door had peeling paint. There were no drawers, just metal shelves. I was not a fan. The older gentleman that checked me in was professional and thorough. However, there was a stark contrast to the two females cackling at the desk on check out morning. I loved the location. I'd return.

Very disappointing property maintenance. Cleanliness went no futher than a the basics. Better than a 1 star property, but room wear and lack deep of deep cleaning (some areas of room were nasty) was at best what would be expected of a 2 star lodging.

I like that the staff was very friendly and attentive. The room wasn't very pleasant. The toilet and floor tiles in the bathroom were loose, the bathtub had lot of signs mold, the carpet of the room felt very filthy. They can do better.

My room smelled horrible of mildew . The carpet had mold on it. I have chronic allergies and had a terrible reaction to the mold spores. I was stopped up all night , could not breathe or sleep well at all . Went downstairs to purchase allergy meds ( advertised at front desk) but was told they had none . Suggested I go across the street to 7/11 at 11 pm . I am very disappointed and will not be returning! Only thing good is the breakfast period

Wouldn’t recommend
The hotel is very run down and not a typical Hampton. The air conditioner in our room was broke. The workout room air conditioner was also broke so it’s always 80 degrees!
